ABOUT CHRIS

Chris Stock

Chris Stock resides in Riverside, CA. Since the start of his career, he has been dedicated to refining his skills as a designer/artist by combining his talent with technology. He was traditionally taught by Charles Cropper Parks (apprentice to renowned Delawarean sculptor) and is a graduate from the Maryland Institute College of Art (BFA Illustration/Graphic Design).

He utilizes his professional and personal experiences combined with technology, to deliver a wide assortment of creative trend setting designs in various forms and mediums. Chris can deliver a hand drawn concept (to visualize your thoughts), a photo realistic rendering (to be used in a presentation), or a 3D printed prototype (to check for design functionality).

Whether your project needs a traditional or digital application, he can transform your dream/idea into a visual reality.

The highest compliment that I pay to artists and craftsmen who work in my studio fits Chris exactly:

"He brings his brain to work"

It was a honor to be an apprentice to Mr. Parks. He taught me all the fundamentals of sculpture, from mold making and casting, to welding and applying a patina.

He taught me how to look for the detail in my muse to make my creation more captivating.

Professional Experience

Experience graphic

Chris has worked as a Design Director and Creative Director for manufacturing companies specializing in everything from packaging, displays and fixtures, to booths, soft goods and graphics. Using this experience, he has mentored many designers creating both domestic and international design teams. He has the heart for giving back and teaching and goes above and beyond the scope of just meeting a deadline or completing a project. Along the way he has learned several key programs, machines and techniques that make him an asset to any project. His out of the box thinking and detail oriented mindset ultimately saves companies money with processes and solutions to problems before they become apparent.

In short call Chris if you are in need of a visual interpretation of your idea or a solution to how it can be manufactured.
